Washington Center for Nursing presents the second workshop in the series “Leadership Matters”:

Leading Others; Knowing Yourself

A two-day workshop for staff and charge nurses. We're offering three sessions this spring; please see below to register for the session in your area.

In this two-day workshop, you’ll:

  • Identify your learning style
  • Learn how your values and goals impact your work
  • Learn to manage crucial conversations
  • Build your competency as a clinical leader
  • Deal constructively with conflict


Alison Zecha BA earned her degree in social psychology at Tufts University, and is a certified facilitator/trainer of several leadership programs and assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
